As part of its strategic expansion plan, PROPER established a dedicated structural steel factory in Riyadh (Sulay area). This facility was launched to support the company’s general contracting operations and meet project requirements related to structural steel works.

Today, the factory not only serves PROPER’s internal contracting needs but has also become a trusted supplier for several external clients, reflecting the company’s growing presence and strong capabilities in the steel fabrication sector.
