steel factory in Al-Riyadh (Sulay area).This facility was launched to support our general
contracting operations in meeting project commitments related to structural steel
works. Today, the factory not only serves PROPER’s own contracting needs but has also
become a trusted supplier for several external clients, reflecting our growing presence
and capability in the steel fabrication sector
